Abuse & Fraud Prevention
If Kismet determines that an Offer, discount code, or gift-with-purchase has been used fraudulently or in a manner inconsistent with these Terms, Kismet may cancel the discount, void the order, or decline fulfillment with no obligation to honor the Offer.
Returns
Returns or refunds for items purchased using an Offer will be processed in accordance with Kismet’s standard return policy. Refunds may exclude promotional value.

Fi Collar Promo Code Offer
Customers may receive one (1) Fi Collar promo code (“Fi Code”) if they meet one of the following conditions:
- New food subscribers: Must purchase a new Kismet food subscription.
- Existing food subscribers adding Shakers: Must maintain an active Kismet food subscription and add a qualifying Shakers subscription for the first time.
- Limit one (1) Fi Code per customer for the lifetime of the Offer. Multiple accounts, repeated cancellations, or attempts to circumvent eligibility may result in ineligibility.
- Customers who cancel a food subscription and re-subscribe for the purpose of obtaining the Offer may be deemed ineligible. Kismet reserves the right to determine eligibility in cases involving recent cancellations or repeated subscription activity.
Fi Codes have no cash value, are non-transferable, and cannot be replaced if lost or stolen. Redemption, fulfillment, product availability, sizing, and shipping of Fi Collars are managed solely by Fi, not Kismet. Kismet is not responsible for Fi’s fulfillment timelines, product availability, or support. Fi has a one-time $20 activation fee to initiate collar service.
