Abuse & Fraud Prevention

If Kismet determines that an Offer, discount code, or gift-with-purchase has been used fraudulently or in a manner inconsistent with these Terms, Kismet may cancel the discount, void the order, or decline fulfillment with no obligation to honor the Offer.

Returns

Returns or refunds for items purchased using an Offer will be processed in accordance with Kismet’s standard return policy. Refunds may exclude promotional value.

2nd Birthday Offer Terms

Offer valid for 49% off one 4 lb bag of Kismet dog food, either Chicken & Brown Rice Recipe or Salmon & Brown Rice Recipe, while supplies last. Offer is valid for 48 hours only and expires at the time stated in the promotion.

Limit one use per customer. Discount applies to eligible 4 lb bags only and may not be combined with other discounts, promotions, bundles, subscriptions, gift cards, or prior purchases. Offer has no cash value and is not transferable.

Kismet reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel this offer at any time. Kismet also reserves the right to cancel any order, revoke the discount, or restrict future purchases if we determine, in our sole discretion, that the offer is being misused, abused, duplicated, or obtained through fraud, including but not limited to multiple accounts, duplicate orders, automated purchases, or attempts to bypass the one-use-per-customer limit.
