Happy July, Kismet Fam! Chrissy & John here, popping in to officially welcome summer. June was a big one for us. We spent a lot of time with dogs (our favorite pastime) and celebrated some pretty unforgettable moments along the way.
Before the grills come out and the tennis balls get stocked for the Fourth, we wanted to take a minute to look back on the month with you.
The biggest highlight of the month was World Pup.
What started as a fun idea to bring together dog people and soccer fans has already turned into something pretty special. Seeing the Kismet community show up in New York, rep their teams, walk with their pups, and get fully into the spirit of it has been the best kind of chaos.
And the best part? We're not done yet. With World Pup running through July 19, there's still plenty of competition, team spirit, and surprises ahead. Whether you're competing, cheering, or just here for the dogs in jerseys, we’re so glad you’re part of it.
Another June highlight? Seeing all of your pups.
We spent the month scrolling through your photos and videos, laughing, smiling, and occasionally sending each other links with a very serious message: “look at this dog.” So we rounded up three of our favorites from the Kismet community from last month. Narrowing it down was not easy, and frankly, we deserve a snack for doing it.
With the Fourth of July right around the corner, we’re also thinking about all the dogs who may not love fireworks as much as their humans do. A little extra prep can go a long way, whether that means an extra walk earlier in the day, a cozy spot inside, or keeping treats and comfort close by.
We’re wishing you, your people, and your pups a happy, safe holiday weekend.
Thank you for spending another month with us. Every event, every post, every photo you share helps make this community what it is, and we're so grateful you're part of it.
We have a feeling July is going to be a fun one.
With love,
Chrissy & John
