Happy December, Kismet Pack! Chrissy and John here, arriving one day later than usual. Not because we forgot (we promise!). Cyber Monday was chaotic (our inboxes are still recovering) and we didn’t want to add to the noise. Today, Giving Tuesday, felt more like us: a day rooted in purpose, community, and pups who need us. So… hello, December 👋🏽
Looking back at the year, we can’t help but smile at all the little moments that made it special: early morning pack walks, rescue pups finding their forever homes, and your messages when your dog tries Kismet for the first time. Every moment counts, and we feel so lucky to share it with this pack.
One thing we talk about constantly (never too much!) is how every small action adds up. Every time you’ve chosen Kismet, you’ve helped us continue showing up for the rescues doing life-changing work on the ground, and we couldn’t be more grateful for the impact you’ve made possible.
With PAWS Chicago, we donated thousands of pounds of food, giving pups waiting for forever homes consistency and care. At Muddy Paws Rescue, hundreds of foster pups have enjoyed Kismet meals thanks to your support, from the moment they arrive to the day they go home. And with Project Street Vet, your support helped us provide over a thousand bags of food to pets within the unhoused community, a mission that continues to inspire us daily.
These stories are the heart of why we do what we do. John and I have spent so many mornings walking our own pups, swapping stories about the rescues Kismet supports, and honestly, it’s moments like these that remind us why we started this company in the first place.
